Old Lifetime users want to get the subscription back

I purchased a lifetime subscription in March 2024 and I wanted to get my subscription back, but after creating a new account on the website and connecting to Discord, I lost the customer role, so I can't create tickets in the channel.
The account I logged in with in the past was: Wdystyrah0221
